1. Our Jewelry Promise

We design jewelry that fits your life — not the other way around. Every Fyn & Good piece is made from 18k PVD gold-plated stainless steel that's:

  • Tarnish-free

  • Waterproof and sweatproof

  • Hypoallergenic (nickel-free and safe for sensitive skin)

Each piece goes through extensive testing for durability, shine, and comfort — so you can wear it confidently, every day.

2. Placing an Order

When you order from Fyn & Good, you’re confirming that:

  • Your info (name, shipping, payment) is accurate

  • You’re authorized to use your chosen payment method

  • You understand we may cancel or refund orders in rare cases (fraud alerts, stock issues, etc.)

We typically ship within 1–3 business days, and you’ll get a tracking link the moment your order heads out.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in your local currency (or USD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We use secure, trusted payment providers — your safety is always top priority.

Prices may change from time to time, but don’t worry — once your order is placed, that price is locked in.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Once your order leaves our hands, delivery times depend on your location and local postal services. We’ll email you a tracking number as soon as it’s on its way.

Please note: We’re not responsible for customs delays, taxes, or delivery disruptions caused by the carrier — but we’re always here to help if something goes wrong.

5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your jewelry — but if it’s not quite right, we’ve got you.

You can return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Here’s how it works:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons), gift cards, and custom pieces are non-returnable

  • Return shipping is covered by you (unless the item arrived damaged)

Start a return by emailing us at support@fynandgood.com with your order number and reason — we’ll guide you from there.

6. Our 180-Day No-Tarnish Warranty

All Fyn & Good jewelry comes with a 180-day quality guarantee.

If your piece tarnishes, fades, or breaks under normal wear within 6 months, we’ll replace it or offer a refund — no hassle, just honesty.

Warranty doesn’t cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse or accidents

  • Lost or stolen items

  • Scratches from rough storage or wear

  • Exposure to harsh chemicals (chlorine, bleach, etc.)

7. Waterproof & Hypoallergenic Notes

Yes, you can shower, sweat, and swim in our jewelry. Thanks to advanced PVD coating, it’s made to last.

Still, a few friendly tips:

  • Rinse after pool or ocean exposure to keep the shine fresh

  • Avoid harsh chemicals (e.g., cleaning sprays or perfume directly on jewelry)

  • Store in a dry pouch or box when not in use

We also design with sensitive skin in mind, but if you have a known allergy, it’s always smart to patch test first.

8. Content & Designs

All the photography, copywriting, logos, and designs on our site belong to Fyn & Good. We love seeing you share our brand — but please don’t reproduce or use anything commercially without permission.
