Returns & Refunds Policy

At FYN AND GOOD JEWELRY, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible, items must be unworn, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are found to be defective upon arrival.

2. 180-Day Quality Warranty

We pride ourselves on the durability of our PVD gold-plated and tarnish-free jewelry.

  • Every piece comes with a 180-day warranty covering manufacturing defects, including issues with the plating or stones.

  • This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or warranty claim, please email us at support@fynandgood.com with your order number and a photo of the item if you are reporting a defect.

  • Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.

  • Please do not send items back to us without prior authorization.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same piece, please contact us at support@fynandgood.com.
