Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with FYN AND GOOD JEWELRY. We are committed to delivering our luxury, tarnish-free pieces to you as quickly and securely as possible.
1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or statutory holidays in Canada.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during product launches or holidays), shipments may be delayed by a few days.

You will receive a notification email once your order has shifted from "Processing" to "Shipped."
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently ship within Canada, to the USA, and select international destinations.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volume or customs processing.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been handed over to the carrier. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
FYN AND GOOD JEWELRY is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

For our US and International customers, please be aware that your package may be held at customs for inspection, which can affect delivery timelines.
5. Damages and Lost Packages
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If your tracking information states "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please notify us at support@fynandgood.com within 5 days so we can assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
